If you are dissatisfied with your purchased product(s), please initiate the return request from your account within 14 days after the delivery date. Kindly note that you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs. You may choose a shipping provider of your preference, excluding postal services without tracking capabilities.

To process a return, ensure that the product(s) meet the following criteria: (a) original tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact; (b) product packaging and documents in original condition; (c) for swimwear and lingerie, items must be tried on over undergarments; and (d) provide evidence of return shipment (e.g., email us the certificate of posting or bill of lading with tracking). If returned products show signs of use, wear, washing, damage, or missing tags, reimbursement may be declined. Please note that returns of swimsuits or intimate apparel may be refused by JIORO.

Reimbursements:

If you decide to return the original product(s) and request reimbursement, we will promptly refund the price paid for the products within 7 days of receiving them and verifying their integrity as detailed in the Returns section above. As reimbursements are typically processed via bank transfer, please provide your account number, bank name and address, and the account holder’s name for the transaction.
