These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern all sales and use of the website www.jioro.ca ("Website") and the online store operated by  IAM Fashion Consulting - a Canadian partnership with registered address at 34 Andrea Lane, Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada, L4L 1E7 ("IAM Fashion Consulting," "JIORO," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Website, or purchasing products ("Products") through it, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase from us.

2. Service Availability and Language We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international countries. All transactions and communications are conducted in English.

By using the Website, you consent to communicate with us electronically and in English, unless otherwise required by applicable provincial law.

3. Your Status By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

  • You are providing true, accurate, and complete information

4. Formation of Contract

  • Product listings on our Website are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer.

  • After submitting your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgment. This is not an acceptance.

  • A contract is formed only when we send you a Shipping Confirmation.

  • Orders may be declined for any reason.

5. Delivery

  • Orders are fulfilled based on availability and are typically dispatched within the estimated timeframes shown on the Website.

  • Delivery timelines may vary and exclude weekends and Canadian statutory holidays.

  • Orders may be delivered with or without a signature. Tracking is provided where applicable.

6. Risk and Title

  • Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery to your address or designated recipient.

  • Title of goods transfers only upon full payment and delivery confirmation.

7. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable federal or provincial sales taxes (GST/HST/PST where applicable).

  • Delivery charges are calculated and shown during checkout.

  • For international orders, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We use secure payment gateways compliant with PCI-DSS standards.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund orders in case of obvious pricing inaccuracies.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

  • You may return items within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund, excluding original shipping costs.

  • Items must be in original condition, with tags, hygiene seals, and packaging intact.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet return criteria.

  • Certain hygiene-sensitive products such as swimwear and lingerie may not be eligible for return.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • You must report any defective or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund, including original delivery costs, if the product is confirmed defective.

10. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as new orders. Please follow the return process for the original item.

  • You are responsible for shipping both the return and the new item unless otherwise specified.

11. Gift Cards and Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

  • Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated and are subject to expiry dates and product restrictions.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Website including logos, images, design, and copy are owned by IAM Fashion Consulting Inc. or licensed to us.

  • Reproduction, duplication, or reuse of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

13. Our Liability

  • IAM Fashion Consulting’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Nothing in this policy limits rights granted to consumers under Canadian provincial or federal consumer protection laws.

14. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, pandemics, etc.).

15. Data Protection

  • Your personal information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

16. CASL Compliance (Email Consent)

  • These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

  • Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

18. Updates to T&Cs

  • We reserve the right to update these T&Cs at any time. Updates will be posted on the Website with the new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
